Gulnaz Bhaila
Welcome to The Balcony Project, a distinguished provider of plant aesthetic solutions founded by Gulnaz in 2017, situated in the bustling city of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
As a devoted mother of three and former Economics teacher in London, Gulnaz’s journey with The Balcony Project originated from her personal passion for plants. Her inspiration stemmed from the desire to create a tranquil outdoor haven for her children amidst the urban hustle. Transforming her apartment balcony into a lush retreat, Gulnaz’s vision was met with overwhelming support from her husband and friends, leading to the establishment of The Balcony Project.
Armed with a certification in floristry and invaluable experience garnered from her tenure at Galton Flowers in Hampstead, London, Gulnaz possesses a keen eye for styling plants to harmonize with any environment and evoke diverse atmospheres. From crafting captivating arrangements of cacti and succulents to conceptualizing cozy Nordic-inspired outdoor spaces, Gulnaz’s expertise promises to infuse your surroundings with natural beauty and tranquility.
