There will be one attempt to deliver your product as a prior phone call will be made to ensure a drop off. As we outsource our delivery needs please let us know if your experience with a particular company has been unpleasant.

The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer if there is a change of heart, and by TBP if there is a defect.
